Haliplex and TTC MARCONI Sign Joint Development and Distribution Agreement

Melbourne, Australia - 29 April 2009 - Haliplex Pty Ltd, a leading developer of telecommunication solutions in the Utilities and Public Transportation sector, announced today that it has signed a joint development and distribution agreement with TTC MARCONI s.r.o., headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

“Haliplex is pleased to be associated with TTC MARCONI given its successful track record in the Central and Eastern European Utilities market”, said Richard Cookes, Haliplex Chief Executive Officer. “Under terms of the agreement, Haliplex and TTC MARCONI have collaborated to enable Haliplex's STM-4 blade technology to be incorporated into various solutions of TTC MARCONI portfolio ” Richard Cookes, CEO for Haliplex said.

“TTC MARCONI reviewed multiple technology solutions, and chose Haliplex due to its ability to meet present and future needs of our customers”, said Josef Selepa, TTC MARCONI Managing Director. “We believe that our solutions, combined with Haliplex technology, provide our customers with the broadest complement of features and value,” continued Mr. Selepa.

Haliplex and TTC MARCONI are also in discussions regarding Haliplex's recently announced SONET/SDH Data Pump (SDP) which supports STM16, and an array of other advanced features.
